Everything you need to know before deciding to work with us. If something’s still unclear, just send a message.
Websites start from £495 for a complete 5-page site. That price is fixed, not an estimate, and it covers everything: design, build, and copy. You’ll know the full cost before anything gets started and it won’t change once we’re underway.
For anything larger or more bespoke, get in touch and I’ll put a tailored quote together.
The Silver package gives you a complete, professional 5-page website, fully written and designed from scratch. Included as standard: mobile-friendly layout, on-page SEO, a working contact form, and unlimited revisions until you’re satisfied. Nothing is held back for a higher tier.
Yes, consistently. The 72-hour window starts once I have everything needed to begin: a brief about your business, any photos or branding you have, and a clear idea of the pages you want. From that point, a completed website is with you for review within three working days.
I send a short discovery questionnaire upfront to make sure nothing is missing before work begins, so delays caused by missing information are rare.
A description of your business, a list of the pages you want, a logo if you have one, and any photos you’d like included. Everything else, including the copy, is handled by me.
No logo or professional photography? That’s fine. I work around it or can point you in the right direction if needed.
Yes, we decide on the page structure together. A typical 5-page site covers Home, About, Services, Portfolio or Blog, and Contact, but I’ll tailor it to whatever actually makes sense for your business before anything is built.
The Gold package adds five SEO-researched blog posts written and published over 30 days, which helps your site target a wider range of search terms from the start. For anything beyond that, a Custom quote is available.
Every package includes unlimited revisions at no extra charge. The site simply does not go live until you are genuinely happy with how it looks and reads.
Before I start, I ask you to share examples of sites you like and any you specifically want to avoid. Getting that clarity upfront means the first draft is usually much closer to the mark than you might expect.
Yes, there are examples in the Our Work section on the homepage. If you want to see something more closely matched to your industry, just ask and I’ll show you what I can.
Copywriting is included in every package as standard. You give me a brief and I write content that represents your business well, reads naturally, and is structured with search engines in mind.
If you already have copy you’re happy with, I can use that instead. Either way works.
Yes. Every site is fully responsive, meaning it adjusts automatically to look and work correctly on any screen size. Mobile optimisation is not an optional extra — it is built in to everything I produce, because the majority of visitors to most local business websites arrive on a phone.
Every site I build includes on-page SEO as standard: properly structured headings, optimised titles and meta descriptions, clean code, and content written around the phrases your customers actually search for. That gives you a strong foundation to rank from.
Organic SEO takes time to build, but you will be starting in the right place. If you want to accelerate local rankings, I offer SEO as a standalone service on a monthly basis.
If you already have a hosting account, I will build and deploy directly to it at no additional cost. If you need hosting set up, I can arrange reliable managed hosting for £25 per year. Either way, the site is entirely yours and you are never locked in to working with me.
Yes. All sites are built on WordPress, which means you can log in and update pages, swap images, or publish new content without needing any technical knowledge. It is the most widely used platform in the world for exactly this reason.
If you would rather not deal with any of it yourself, I am available for ongoing changes and maintenance as and when you need them.
Yes. I offer flexible support after launch on a pay-as-you-go basis. No monthly retainer required unless you want one. If something needs updating or a problem crops up, just get in touch and I will sort it quickly.
Yes. Web Design Teesside is run by Daniel, based locally in the Teesside area. There is no agency behind it and no team of people passing messages between you and the person doing the work. You deal directly with me from the first conversation to go-live.
Teesside is the focus, but everything is handled remotely so geography is rarely an issue. I work with businesses from across the UK. If you are based outside the area and wondering whether I can help, get in touch and we will take it from there.
Because there is no agency. No office overheads, no account managers, no layers of staff adding cost to the process. When you hire me you are getting the person who actually does the design and build, without any markup sitting on top.
The work is the same quality. There is simply less overhead being passed on to you.
Not a problem at all. Get in touch with an overview of what you have in mind and I will put together a custom quote. Larger sites, multiple service pages, team pages, resource sections — all straightforward to scope out.
Yes. eCommerce builds are available as part of the Custom package. I use WooCommerce, which integrates with WordPress and gives you a flexible, reliable shop that is straightforward to manage once it is live.
Send me a message with details of what you need and I will get a quote back to you.
Yes. Alongside websites I also offer local SEO, social media management, and professional marketing video production. Each service works independently or alongside the others depending on what your business needs at any given point.
If you are curious about any of them, visit the Services page or drop me a message and I will talk you through the options.
Still got a question?
Send it over and I will get back to you within a few hours with a straight answer. No sales pitch, no pressure.
